There was nothing easy about this machine since day one. Ice cream is soft and there’s no instructions for most settings. Customer service is just as bad if not worse.

I bought the 2200 watt maching. I was delivered the 1550w machine.

Unfortunately I'm having a horrible experience with their customer service. We bought 2 machines to try it out in our shop and it turns out one of them is faulty. So given the lack of support we decided to return both machines. But it has been about 20 days already and they still don't allow me to initiate a return neither can I communicate with someone directly. They keep saying they will forward to another team and time goes by and answers never come. I've already tried the fixes, now I just want to return it.

I received the unit 8 days after I ordered it. I was super excited to launch ice cream at my cafe. I set up the machine and followed the instructions. It made ice cream in less than 10 minutes and it was delicious, but that was short lived as 2 hours later the ice cream melted and it will no longer cool… I’ve tried to contact vevor but no one will call me or live chat to get a resolution. It’s 2 messages a day only back and forth and nothing is getting resolved. It’s 5 days since I reported the issue and all I’ve been told is to call a refrigeration tech to fix it… I paid for a new machine I don’t want to have to have someone come repair it before I’ve even sold my first cone!

This was probably the worst and most useless machine I have ever purchased. After a 2 months we tried to contact them, but never received a proper response. Since the day I bought it, I have tried every possible setting, but it never produced proper soft serve -only runny ice cream. Honestly, I was only able to use this machine a few times , and every time i tried i got no positive results and only lost money.

Had a machine that died took me three weeks to get them to replace it. The new machine lasted a month refrigeration died again now they will not replace it because they say they already replaced it so they replaced it with a machine that didn’t even last a month takes long time to get anything resolved And they do not back the warranty

I used the machine for 6 months, the parts are disposable and when I contacted the seller to ask for a replacement, they simply did not respond and acted like fools. In reality, it will be a short-lived machine. There is no stock of spare parts. If it is damaged, you have to throw it away.

The worst purchase I have ever made. It started giving me problems since the first week. I have open so many tickets with them. It beeps and stops working 5-6 times a day, the noise is so loud, it was leaking all night from the inside . We have been replacing parts and now it doesn’t turn on anymore .Customer service is horrible. There is not a phone number to call, you can communicate only with email . After waiting 2-3 days for a response they send you some YouTube videos that you cannot even open them. Every week something breaks.I had to call the technician so many times. Is costing me more lost than profit . I lost $1400. With this purchase
