He comprado dos máquinas Vevor y hace mucho ruído y pasado 4 meses de uso una de ellas no enfría mi producto y no tengo asistencia técnica en España que me ayuda a solventar el problema.
Horrible experiencia para una máquina tan nueva.
Han venido dos técnicos, y nada.
No es gas, es algún sensor eléctrico y ninguno de los técnicos saben como solventarlo.

Máquina trabalha bem, porém faz muito ruído e nas cubas onde fica armazenado o líquido para a produção do ice cream, não é resfriado, o que pode fazer com o calor ambiente azedar o produto.

The machine is not working properly, it leaks oil on the gearbox. The temperature drops quickly and it is noisy. The main seals expand quickly and leak. I bought three machines, this model is not good. I recommend the Vevor team to offer us a machine with better quality.

DELIVERY CAME VERY WELL PACKED, HOWEVER NOT REALLY SATISFIED WITH IT COMPRESSOR MAKES HELL OF NOISE IN FROSTING MODE, IT COMES BACK ON EVERY 5 MINS IN ORDER TO KEEP CONE FREEZED. DESCRIPTION SAYS LOW NOISE AND FAST OPERATION NOT CORRECT, I BOUGHT IT FOR OUR CORNER SHOP BUT DUE TO IT'S NOISE NOT REALLY SUITABLE , ONLY USED FOR 1 WEEK SINCE THEN SAT THERE TAKING UP SPACE.

Habe diese Eismaschine im Dezember erstmals in Betrieb genommen, seit März lief sie in einem Gastronomie Betrieb, 6Tage die Woche.
Die Lautstärke, die durch die Kühlung und die vermeintlich billigen Komponenten hervorgerufen wurde war zum Schluss unerträglich, man Verstand sein eigenes Wort nicht mehr. Deshalb ein kompletter Austausch.
Handhabung sehr einfach.

Ein wesentlicher Kritikpunkt ist, dass der Deckel aus Kunststoff besteht, wodurch Schmutz und Insekten in das Gerät gelangen können. Zudem arbeitet das Gerät sehr laut, was den Nutzungskomfort erheblich beeinträchtigt.
Darüber hinaus verfügt der Kühlraum über keine ausreichende Kühlung. Durch die vom Motor erzeugte Wärme verdirbt die Milch bereits nach kurzer Zeit. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich das Gerät leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

I have been constantly experiencing problems with this VEVOR machine. I have only been using it for 1–2 weeks. Yes, it produces ice cream, but the upper cooling system is not working, and the mixture in the hopper is spoiling. The user instructions are very poor. The machine is also very noisy during operation. And today, it started leaking water from the back side as well.
