I purchased this in the fall of 2025. I’m just now attaching the hedge trimmer to the head. I used it 5 minutes and it started slipping and the blade would not function. I removed the cover and discovered chips of gears. Are there replacement parts or a replacement unit.

Works fine but to heavy about twice as much as a sthil

This product is not great quality. It is too be expected for the price, but mine came in partially broken. The 63cc is a beast, very heavy and big. Would be hard for large jobs and I’m not sure the size and power is worth it. My chainsaw attachment lasted all of 2 seconds, chain snapped as soon and I cranked it up. Weedeater has the spin top for string which is convenient but the unit is loud for no reason. If you have neighbors, they will not be happy with you. I guess you get what you pay for.

The unit arrived in a box with minimal internal foam packaging. The foam was all broken and parts were loose in the box. It did arrive with all included parts. While assembling, I noticed the chain oil adjustment screw on the pole saw was not installed properly. Off to contact support. They agreed to send a replacement, which took an additional 4 weeks. I still had not put gas in the head unit and I had to wait another month. As others have said, inserting attachments to the head unit is finicky with a little pop-in/pop-out bit that must align perfectly. And don't get me started on the location of the on/off switch. Trust others that have mentioned it. It will cause you to swear and curse and hate the machine. You definitely get what you pay for quality-wise.

Je n'arrive pas à monter les rallonges et les axes centraux d'entraînement moteur glissent, je suis allé consulter Utube pour plus d'info et mon impression d'avoir fait un mauvais achat est confirmée dans une démo...

Bonjour, Sur cet outil de coupe multifonction, le taille haie coupe vraiment tres tres mal. l'outil d'une manière général est lourd, mais en plus, le fait qu'il ne coupe pas, rend son utilisation vraiment pénible voir impossible pour des travaux en hauteur

I tested the various attachments to see how they function prior to putting it to work. Overall, I'm not impressed. I've only gave it two good workouts using the string trimmer and the hedge trimmer attachments to date. So far, the D-Handle (Front Handle) on the unit is basically junk. Very poorly made - broke on first use and just spins around so one can not keep the tool stable when trimming or cutting. Next, the motor dies out frequently, especially with the hedge trimmer tool attached for some reason. Motor seems to start again within reason but it should not be stopping as it does. Haven't had any time to troubleshoot the cause, but with a new tool, I expect it to work without flaw. Due to some family emergencies which consumed a lot of my time and now that snow has arrived, I likely will not be using it till spring. Therefore, it will be hard for me to give a more accurate review at this time. When comparing this Vevor tool to other tools (Stihl and Echo) I have owned for 20 or so years which are still going strong, yes the Vevor is a smaller cash outlay but the quality is not there.

unfortunately I can't say if it works good because it came to me broken, the fuel filter case is made of absolute cheap plastic that was snapped right off. I've been trying to get a part or refund from this company since the day I got it and I've got nothing but back and forth nonsense from them with no actual help. Clutch gave out within 30 minutes of use. Gear oil everywhere. Blade will bot rotate fully. When it does, it stopps 9n the smallest bunch of grass. Finally, it completely left the chat and blew out. Opened the box, the heat shield was snapped off. Its just more chineese garbage.wish i didn't waste money on this thing. ITS A SCAM.
