Having paid 239 euro for this product, it arrived damaged and unusable as the air filter housing was smashed and the packaging damaged. Having waited for a number of weeks, being told a replacement part was on the way, today I received an email saying they don't have the part in stock and offered 20 euro compensation to keep it, when I have spent 239 euro for an unusable item.......

Won’t start
I can’t get unit started .i took to project used the right gas ratio 40:1 followed instructions and unit would not start so disappointed . The company should test the equipment especially motors before Shipping

Not working
I have purchased this item, once received, I have followed all the steps to how to operate this machine. Unfortunately it didn't work. I have requested a help from VEVOR, asking for either refund or replacement. VEVOR customer service been a nightmare to deal with, as they are refusing to issue any refund or replace it. They keep sending me links to how to operate the machine. Well, how will it work if its broken. Terrible customer service for this item

Quelques pièces manquantes dans le kit en question, j'ai contacté le service à la clientèle et on la réponse fut: "fouilles dans le sac tu as manqué quelque chose". Ce fût mon dernier achat sur VEVOR, jamais on ne m'y reprendra.
