Looks to be of good quality. Is able to move a 300lb+ man through a grass yard and up hills.

had to fix trunk lock and where recharge plug goes into the flap btoken cant fix that otherwise love it tried to do the photo dosent work

Jeg har erhvervet en sådan. Jeg er godt tilfreds med modellen ,men jeg er ikke tilfreds med med servisen Hvad med en instruktionsbog, er der en forhandler i har samarbejde med. Jeg punkteret på et baghjul jeg kan ikke demontere hjulet. Hvorfor er jeg ikke tilbudt forsikring. Hardy

I have no parking brake at all, which means when I transfer from my wheelchair all I can say is thank god I can stand. This Model does not come with a parking brake nor does anything tell you on how to remove the battery for winter storage. A site was found where I could find Tech assistance, but for each question is $5.00 , and no manual telling of the maintenance that should be done every once in awhile.

It took over two weeks to get our scooter. No customer service or help at all during our wait. The delivery service came and just dropped the scooter off with not one word as to how to get the thing out of the carton. It us almost 90 minutes to get it freed from the carton. The "instruction" book is useless. We couldn't get the battery charged so another two weeks went by without knowing how to use the scooter. Customer Service is a joke!!!! An email to some unknown place would take 24-48 hours to get back with us. Finally we had to get a fellow who is smart figuring this stuff out and he got the job done. I will NEVER buy from VeVor again.

Received scooter and it was a wreck. Returned it and got a refund. Avoid buying if you can.

Packaged well but as a handicap woman with no help it took me weeks to get someone to come get it out for me and it doesn’t work at all. I charged all day thinking it was needing that but still no power at all.

Without a doubt the worst big ticket item I have ever purchased. Bought a heavy duty mobile scooter that arrived with 3 major problems. After sales service is all but non existent. You text with them and they refer problem outside their facility, replies are often shallow and difficult to understand. I am not a mechanic nor am I technically active, plus I am disabled. They expect me to perform necessary repairs which are way beyond my capabilities. This has gone on for almost 2 months without resolution. My advice, don't buy a branded higher priced item from a discount general department store! Lesson I learnt too late. Seek out a seller that specifically sells the product. I am left with a $4,000.00 investment that has 3 major issues that I can not get resolved from this company. Buyer beware.
