Husband needs safe mobility access to and from out building distance . Larger wheels and higher ground clearance allow access around yard and varying terrains. Stable smooth sturdy ride.

Awesome scooter

Nice so far. To change from MPH to KPH requires disconnection of connector hanging down at bottom of console, has one green wire and one Black wire, just open the connection with key off. Some may require removing the panel coweling. Suspension not quite as soft as expected.

i doe not like the seat belt too short on the left and too long on the right . Hard to use.

The scooter is excellent. The only problem was at the beginning finding out how to raise the seat and plug the power train into the battery. After that, the performance has been excellent. It would help to have a clearer manual that explains how the key must be turned extra hard to open the seat. It would also help to have a live person available on the phone. It took us several days to find out how to pop the seat.Need better instructions on using key to pop the seat

There were some things not in the manual that I did not understand but as I rode mine and learned more, I was able to identify that there were no mistakes and everything worked great and I loved it more. The people who designed the Lunar did an outstanding job and everything worked great and provided me with freedom to move around with ease, it made me free to enjoy myself and my puppy loved all the places we could go and exercise. Thank you for the freedom you have afford me and her.

Great for getting down to the lake and around the property. Nice looking. Packed very well. The rear brake adjuster was adjusted to the end of its travel and the brake was still rubbing and squeeking. The seat is sitting on rubber pads which compress when you sit, causing the nuts to be loose and eventually vibrate off. They need to use aircraft nuts or blue locktite.
