Disaster Dave Poor quality control
I had to take the unit apart to get the thermal wrap around the exhaust. It was bunched up on a small section of the exhaust. When I removed the cover I noticed the fuel line was pressed against the bare exhaust pipe, which likely would have caused a fire and had to move it. One of the terminals at the plug for the power supply was not even crimped on the wire and it was hanging loose. If I would have been unable to repair it the unit would not have powered on.

I have yet to used it but Eric on "Simple Living Alaska" sure has and that is good enough foe me. Right now I have Eighty Eleven things ahead of trying it out. One thing you really need to work on though is how to get the heat into say a vehicle window. Seems you need an extended 1" tall and maybe 12" wide exhaust that can be placed in a window and held in with the window. The remaining gap can easily be ragged close. Looks Professional.

Had a minor leak under the tank connection. The adapter eas dead out the box. Thankfully I had one from my old heater.Ran it and all the sudden fuel leaking out of everywhere. Pouring everywhere. I don’t know if the one I got was defective or the whole design is faulty. Waiting to hear from customer service if I get my replacement and when

Erwin Disappointed with Quality Control
Just opened my new Vector portable diesel heater and found the fuel pump line not even connected. It’s clear there was no quality assurance before packing and shipping. Very disappointing to see such poor attention to detail right out of the box. Hopefully, the company improves their inspection process before sending products out.
