Junk heater quit working took apart to clean everything that is supposed to be clean and still doesn’t work

I purchased the Vevor heater expecting reliable and consistent warmth, but my experience has been extremely frustrating. The unit often fails to ignite or maintain heat, the temperature fluctuates unpredictably, and the thermostat offers little to no regulation. Build quality feels cheap, with rattling parts and misaligned components, making the heater unreliable even in a small space. What made matters worse was the complete lack of effective customer support. Emails and service tickets went unanswered or offered generic, unhelpful advice. The manual is minimal and doesn’t cover troubleshooting beyond the basics. For a product at this price, I expected either a functional unit or real support — I received neither. I cannot recommend this heater.

For a VIVO suitcase diesel heater on January 26 and it was shipped out within a couple of days and it’s been sitting in New Jersey for over a week and the last location is at the terminal just miles from the delivery point and it’s been there four days and I still haven’t gotten my order. I am so disappointed in this company’s delivery service. I wouldn’t even give them one star . I just pray that when this unit comes I don’t have to send it back. I hope that it works. I’ve been looking so forward to it in this cold northeastern weather what a joke this company has become they gave me a $20 refund for my inconvenience which is far from enough.

Have had issues from the get go, difficult to start, followed the instructions and it was difficult, even had a couple buddies over to try and troubleshoot without any improvement, but eventually it began working… worked well a couple time once up and going until this past weekend …. Now it’s a major problem, made a strange sound then we smelt burning …. Opened it and the small was 10x stronger and smoked bellowed out… we immidiately turned it off and as of today I had a look and I don’t see anything burnt … reached out to customer service and they are sending it to another dept ( my concern) and they want photos and video’s … and no resolution … Not sure how to proceed as I need this thing for the upcoming weekend and they are advising me in an email to be patient … not a great outcome yet! I’ll update my review if I get some reasonable service otherwise be warned … this may be a significant issue!

Never received the item. Tracking says it is delivered but never got it. Still waiting for a refund.

Started one time and did not work again. Being asked to provide a video of the machine not working vs just giving me a replacment.

Item came missing multiple parts and has a leaking fuel tank Contacted customer service and they make you jump through hoops. They said they were sending a replacement item but a month later still haven't received the item. No shipping update.

Buying from Vevor has been one of the worst buying experiences I've ever had. The machine sounds great however. ** Its our opinion that its a pile of plastic. Its true, you get what you pay for. ** The company says you have a 30 day return policy, that's a joke. They will waist you time and play email tag putting you though hoops without honoring there return. It has just become not worth the effort. ** The instructions are unclear or the machine doesn't work. ** BEWARE **

Would not recommend it doesn't heat even a small room in my camper I tried to return it and still haven't received anything back from vevor I buy alot off here but don't recommend this product at all 1 star rating

Luk klein kacheltje alleen na een aantal keer gebruiken start hij niet meer op. Vermoedekijk een print fout . kunt u mij hiebij helpen of een nieuwe opsturen? Met vriendeliike groet Anton de Wijs
