Helt värdelös produkt har inte fungerat mer än 1 timme i år . Har bytt 4 st bränslepumpar då de slutar fungera .. Går rydligen inte att reklamera dieselvärmaren då företaget Inte tar sitt ansvar för sina produkter. Företaget svarar knappt på reklamationer. Kan inte rekommendera vevor på något sätt. Köp värmare från någon annat fabrikat då det här är Oseriöst från början till slut.

Broke 2nd firing it up

On just the second start up heater was running and started blowing white smoke I contacted customer service and they sent me a how to fix video which I tried and it did not fix it the heater still blowing white smoke and dumping the fuel into the intake hose and faults out on E-10 I just ordered another one to see if this new one will run a phone # to get ahold of customer service would be great

ACHTUNG BETRÜGER-HÄNDLER, eine Rücksendung ist bei keinem Gerät möglich, obwohl damit auf der Website geworben wird und Händler in der EU dazu eigentlich verpflichtet sind, stattdessen ist der Reagiert der absolut unterirdische Kundenservice nicht auf die Anliegen der Kunden. Hier nicht kaufen!!!

Runs at full, cannot turn it down, thermostat control does not work. Very noisy fan. Doesn't make the van warm when it is below about 10c outside. Very disappointed.

Diesel Heater

I assemble the unit the day i received it. Pretty straight forward. I brought it to the service station and filled it with 3 L of diesel and placed it in the back of my car. When I got home 5 minutes later, diesel was leaking from the heater, all over my car and then in my garage. I am currently trying to return the defective item.

Got it working after installation but fuel pump got stuck and is not pumping oil, I removed it cleaned it and ran the prime program but after a day it got stuck again. LCD screen buttons are not working, only works with remote control. Had the same heater for a year in my old camper before with zero issues, but not this time. Not good quality parts.
