I never did receive it.

Bought this heater for a trip from Alaska to Idaho. Upon receiving the heater I was so excited for the upcoming trip. But every the I tried plugging the heater in, the fuse would blow instantly. Tried calling customer support only to find out that is not an option. If you want to talk to anybody, you have to send a text and wait 2-3 days for a response. Even the text back and forth is a joke. They’ll be texting you then just stop. I will never recommend this to anyone and will tell anyone who asks about my experience!

terrible quality,ZERO tech support!! if you buy one of these heaters you are rolling the dice,it may or may not work. i got one heating season in before it almost caught on fire! be very careful using these heaters,even in a garage.

bought this to use in the garage. Got it all set up, hooked up to a 12 volt car battery, and…. Doesn’t work. Contacted customer service. Apparently my issue was “forwarded” to a different team. It’s been a couple days now, and still haven’t heard a word. Don’t be like me and end up out of almost $100

Third heater and all end up clogging regardless of grade of fuel, care , etc.. they only work for a short period of time before they stop working

har köpt 2stycken vevor dieselvärmare,den första köptes via fruggo,den fungerade i 3dagar,köpte då ytterligre 1 styck dieselvärmare från vevor,den fungerade i ca 4 dagar till o från.köpte då ett reparations kit,innerhållande glödstift och packningar.har haft isär båda värmarna ingen sot,allt rent,fick då inte igång pumpen på någon av värmarna,köpte då ny dieselpump,som fungerade i ca 6timmar.ifrågasätter om det är fullstädigt skit jag köpt.känner mig totalt lurad.sämsta skit jag köpt,har även försökt att komma i kontakt med support,utan framgång,sämsta supporten jag haft att göra med.varnar andra att köpa dessa produkterbetyg på en scala 1-5,är minus 5 min uppfattning

Die Dieselheizung konnte recht zügig in Betrieb genommen werden, trotz mangelhafter Bedienungsanleitung. Die Kraftstoffpumpe ist recht laut. Leider hat diese auch nur 13 Tage gehalten und ging nach ca 25 Betriebsstunden kaputt, so dass der Fehler E10 und E08 kam. Fehlender Kraftstoff. Die Pumpe tackert zwar aber scheint nicht genügend Kraftstoff zu befördern. Technische Daten in der Bedienungsanleitung für die Ersatzteilbeschaffung sucht man vergebens. Die Retour scheint von Vevor nicht gewollt zu sein. Ich kann das Formular ausfüllen aber nicht absenden. Ob das mit dem günstigen Preis zusammenhängt? Ich habe mir jetzt eine Ersatzkraftstoffpumpe bestellt, mal schauen wie lange diese durchhält. Nettes Spielzeug für Selberschrauber. Qualität ungenügend.

Når jeg kjøpte den nye Vevor bluetooth app kontroll diesel varmer 12 v 2 kw så var planen å montere den i båten for å kunne bruke båten noen uker før båten skulle settes på Land. Men jeg har Aldri motatt denne VEVOR Diesel Varmer for jeg har Aldri fått melding fra DHL at pakken var sendt videre til Posten Norge og Posten Norge har Aldri kontaktet meg for å opplyse Meg at jeg skulle betale toll for denne pakken fra VEVOR. Så istedenfor å gi meg kontakt så sendte Posten Norge pakken tilbake til VEVOR. Så hittil har jeg veldig dårlig erfaring med VEVOR og DHL og Posten Norge. Mvh Morten G Vindal
