I am not pleased with this item. It does not fill up the bag before it starts letting the leave cycle all the way back to the ground. I have submitted a complaint wanting a refund but they want me to send video of it. I ended up mowing them before this request and now it is snowing. Hard to do a video. Not very customer support 😒

I cannot write a review for the lawn sweeper as that I never received the unit. Credit was issued due to not receiving it by a certain date.

It is heavy and cannot be moved easily.

It doesn't work on all types of grass surfaces, it needs to be flat ground to work properly, so for me it's complete garbage.

I have a yard full of leaves, sticks and acorns and it barely picked up anything. A leaf here and there. But left more than it picked up. I used as a wheel barrel essentially, picked it all up by hand and stuck it in the catch all. Really wanted to like this and for it to work.

It looks good from the picture on the box not sure how it will work yet. 2 days before it arrived it snowed and we been snow covered since.

The height of the brushes is difficult to adjust using the knob/screw and is critical to the sweeper's operation : too high and it does not pick up leaves, too low and the brushes stop turning in the grass. The leaves picked up in the net must be removed/emptied very often as the leaves are not compacted or shredded. The wheels skid without turning on grass if the brush height is even slightly too low. I would return this if I could. It might work for really light leaf coverage, but in my case it filled up within 12 feet. Not practical.
