Unless you live on a golf course, this thing is pure junk. Its made for someone that's 5'2 and under, how the handles are positioned. If you have ANY rough parts or uneven surfaces, the brushes jam. It picks up grass..I guess? Neat. I have a lawn mower that does that. It does not pick up dog feces at all, or sticks, etc. Wasted money, and is going out with the garbage today.

Still trying to get the sweeper assembled. Did not come with instructions..

Not worth buying. Multiple passes on leaves blown with leaf blower. Way quicker to just rake them up. Not i have an expansive "lawn tool" sitting in a shed.

Though after watching videos it would be fun to quickly sweep the lawn , I thought wrong. Hardly picked up anything and was hard to push. Would not buy again

I bought this unit after seeing the adds as a means to pick up those dreadful sweet gum balls. In the ad the device does a pretty amazing job so I went for it. Sadly, after using the device multiple times I've come to realize you need perfect conditions to get advertised performance. We have tall fescue in these parts and the device is very difficult to push in tall grass and it barely picks up half of the balls on each pass. If you had a super nice golf course type green like in the add I suppose it would be awesome but not so much in my situation so beware. To be fair, the device seems to made very well and is quite robust so it has that going for it. The height adjustment is sticky and difficult to use and the bag uses to metal bars for support and those just slide right out when it comes time to remove the bag to empty it or store the device. In short, if you have the right conditions it might be great.

The video that enticed me to buy the leaf sweeper was a complete lie. The actor pushed the sweeper as if it was gliding on air. In actuality I struggled to get it to move a foot or two. The wheels obviously were malfunctioning and when I complained I was told to remove the wheels and replace them... it was a manufacturing flaw and not my problem. Vevor offered me $38 and suggested that I keep the product. After many days of texting back and forth the company finally sent a return label and refunded my money.

Not nearly as easy as it is portrayed. Requires constant adjusting. Emptying is inconvenient. Basically not happy with what I feel was misleading advertising. What is the return period?

It arrived damaged. The weld on the axle was broken. It doesn't look like too substantial of a weld to begin with. I had to ship it back. We'll see how the one they send back to me works. If not, I'll send it back for a refund.

Would not buy this again. Its certainly not great for picking up anything other that grass clippings or small leaves. We have oak trees and it struggled to pick up small sticks and anything else for that matter. Customer service is non existent

Product is difficult to maneuver and does not collect leaves very well, even after multiple attempts in the same area.
