Couldn't put together because two knobs came without threads. Unable to reach a human so now I feel stuck with a broken product. SOL I guess. Be aware!!!!

One might imagine that a lawn sweeper might be able to pickup small branches and twigs without an issue? Well, not this one! Small and very small twigs and branches that are picked up get wrapped around the axles and prevent the push lawn sweeper from rolling. Its frustrating and requires manual intervention every 3 to 5 ft. I'm back to the good ol' cheap rake and figuring out what to do with this junk.

I bought this because they said it was easy to use and would pick dog poo. Neither is correct. I can barely push it if I set it low enough to pick up anything. It doesn't even try to pick up dog poo. I keep trying thinking it's something I've done wrong but still not working correctly.

Terrible quality, arrived broken. From the looks of some of the metal pieces it may have been with another customer previously. I still assembled it and the wheels would not move, attempting to return it but their customer service is awful.

I watched a video on Viva about this product before I bought it. It seemed easy enough push it and it picks up debris on the lawn. In reality you need the exact lawn. The guy has very flat low-cut grass even area. My lawn is a little bit bumpy and every time I try to pass a bump I would get stuck and I have to back up push it again. It was very hard to use. It's a very heavy product. I bought it to pick up maple tree itchy balls. It picks up half and throws the other half off to the side or kicks them way in front of the unit. Does not pick them all up. When I called to ask them to send it back they told me they want to see videos and pictures which is ridiculous. They just said let me send it back if they want me to order again from them. My recommendation is don't buy this unless your lawn is perfectly manicured flat and even.

Save your money, product sucks

Assembly was fairly easy Almost impossible to push in lengthy grass Multiple passes and still not removing leaves as expected from watching videos on the website. Basket keeps falling off Will be returning it.

Product does not pick up like advertised in anyway. Unless you have a perfectly flat yard with no ups or downs, it only works about half of advertised. I wouldn't use unless you have perfectly flat ground
