Was told by customer support to watch YouTube video on how to fix the heat press. Tried several times to repeat the process of the video with it only working 5 to 10 minutes at a time. Reached out again to customer support to see what could be done and it’s been quiet no response.

Would be great but my heat press keeps failing! The only 2nd day to use it the motherboard started smoking intensely. They shipped us a new motherboard (which took 3+ weeks to get to me) with zero instructions on how to put it in but luckily my husband is a handy man and was able to get it replaced. Now the machine is only making a loud whining noise and won’t lower the top plate. They gave 2 suggestions on how to reset it and neither is working. I truly am ready to ship it back.

Purchased this machine on Nov 20 got it about week later, 3rd day using it it stopped working after only 9 t-shirts would not Auto or manual down, made a lot of noise, so I have 2 other machines that are a different brand to finish my work. Sent back in the shop a half hour later to do a video as required by Vevor to return the machine and after firing it up it work again. I highly recommend you have a backup machine because I like this machine when it works, but I don't think it's made to work in a commercial shop. By the way the choice of stars above were not my choice .

Je fais ce commentaire le 14 juin. J'ai passé ma commande le 1er juin et je n'ai été livré que le 10. Entre-temps, j'ai reçu un message du transporteur m'informant que je ne serais pas livré et me demandant de contacter le vendeur car le colis était abîmé (le carton mouillé). Mais à ma grande surprise, c'est le même colis qui m'a été livré après avoir contacté Vevor. Et la machine ne fonctionne pas, impossible de faire une seule presse, tous les boutons clignotent sans cesse. J'ai contacté le service après-vente depuis hier, aucune satisfaction. Je suis très déçu, d'autant plus que c'est la première fois que je commande sur le site. J'espère que j'aurai une suite favorable me faire rembourser ou qu'ils me change la presse en attendant toute mes commandes sont en attendant impossible de satisfaire mes clients car pas de matériel pour travailler

Bad machine, broke after only 2 uses. Then they sent another one and broke in the first use. Don’t recommend.

Comprei uma prensa nova , quando a recebi funcionou uns 2 dias Neste caso já estou a 3 semanas a reclamar e nada, já me indicaram para tratar do assunto juridicamente ! Atenção não comprem, porque já vi que é complicado responderem !

Machine HS au bout de 24 heures, remplacée et de nouveau HS au bout de 24 h. Matériel absolument pas fiable. Message envoyé au support client resté sans réponse. J'ai recommandé une machine, manuelle cette fois. des commandes en attente depuis longtemps du fait de l'indisponibilité de la machine.

Do not purchase this product, it broke in less than 7 days, it sends you to custom service even though you are in the free product exchange period. I have not received a reply yet. I thought they were a reputable company even though I have a lot of equipment under the Vevor brand, I no longer recommend this product

Toestel is geleverd op 16/11 dus slechts 10 dagen oud! er zijn exact 7 t shirts met geperst, en hoe toestel doet het al niet meer... bovendien krijg ik geen concreet antwoord van de dienst na verkoop. Heel jammer!

The unit is not working and support has not contacted me back. My request for return/Refund was closed without a response.
