Bought this brand new. Second press that has arrived messed up. Wth.

I bought this machine to add to my growing business...What a mistake!!! after three days the machine motherboard went blank. The same day I contacted Vevor and what a shame, I had to deal with an AI agent... although someone contacted me by email after I requested a new machine or my money back they said they will sent me a motherboard which I only received a nearly a month later with no instructions how to replace the motherboard. There are no screws no other way to get to the motherboard unless you are trained to do it. As a supporter of Vevor buying equipment for many years without any problems, this buy was a big mistake. It's hard to say but I don't think I will be confident in dealing with Vevor again. Christopher

Nie angekommen in der schweiz, trotz bezahlter Zoll Gebühr von DHL und Trackingnummer. Wurde irgendwo in Deutschland zugestellt laut Tracking. Vevor selber behauptet das Packet ging verloren auf dem weg. Geld zurück und nie wieder Vevor benutzen. Danke und Tschüss ✌️ Kundendienst war aber sehr freundlich und kompetent. Geld wurde schnell zurückerstattet.

Fonctionnait super bien mais rapidement tombée en panne ... Au moment s'appuyer sur play pour descendre la presse, celle-ci s'éteint.... Comme si elle se met en sécurité... A la lecture des commentaires, ce n' est pas un cas isolé... Mauvais produit donc.

If I could give zero stars I would. It worked great for about 4 t shirts and then completely quit. When I reached out to support their initial "offer" was to send me a motherboard to install myself to "fix it". Ultimately they refunded me and I went with another company...and that press is doing it's job without failing!

DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. I purchased one at the end of April and it is already failing to hold pressure. It has ruined countless shirts for me and has cost me far more than I figured. Purchased because of the great reviews only to get one and be completely disappointed. All I can say is either what I read was NOT GENUINE or I have a lemon out of every one they have sold.

after printing a little over a dozen shirts it started messing up. In Auto mode it will come down and time out but then it will just stay there and not return to the up position. Then I have to unplug the machine and wait at least 10 seconds to plug it back in and hope it will come back up. Sometimes I have to do this a few times before it will come back up to the start position. Then a few times it would only go down about a third of the way then stop and then I have to go through the whole restarting routine again. This is very frustrating but thank God it hasn't burnt any shirts yet.

After 3 days use (+- 20) shirts no longer takes power, probably the motherboard is burnt out

schlechte technische Qualität. Presse quietscht nur nochh und hat h-keine Funktion mehr
