I can't get machine to work properly tried to contact customer service always got awful response they wanted videos when they finally responded back i wasn't at food trailer. Never could get phone number also no call to me I still have brand new machine that will freeze ice cream And and hour later it comes out like soup

Ice machine does not work, the top cool compartment does not cool and spoiled all the milk. Vevor won’t issue refund nor repair, has to file chargeback with credit card, no customer service number, horrible service
