Mit dem Gerät ansich, bin ich sehr zufieden. Der Support hat mich aber sehr enttäuscht. Eine Behälter Abdeckung war bei Lieferung an einer Ecke defekt ohne dsass an der Transportverpackung eine beschädigung zu sehen war. So können fliegen in die Eismasse gelangen? Ich habe dies mit Bilder dokumentiert. Der Support hat den Fall geschlossen, ohne das Problem zu lösen. ich habe starke Bedenken, was den Support für die Zukunft angeht, wenn ich Ersatzteile brauche. Auf dem Bild ist die Abdeckung zu sehen, welche ich provisorisch abgedichtet habe. That was the last time I bought from Vevor. The products are good, but the support is terrible. It seems like there's a strategy behind their email support. I report a problem with pictures and an explanation -> I get a confirmation asking me to email the description and explanation again -> I do that again -> After a certain amount of time, I get a message saying I haven't responded -> So I respond again -> Then I get an email saying the problem is solved, even though there was no solution to my problem. Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich bei Vevor gekauft habe. Die Produkte sind gut, der Support ist miserabel. Es sieht so aus, als gäbe es bei dem Mailsupport eine Strategie. Ich melde ein Problem mit Bildern und Erklärung->bekomme eine Bestätigung mit der Aufforderung, Beschreibung und Erklärung zu mailen->Dass mache ich dann nochmal->Nach einer bestimmten Zeit bekomme ich die Information, dass ich mich nicht gemeldet hätte-> Darauf melde ich mich wieder->Dann kommt eine Mail, dass das Problem gelöst wäre, obwohl es keine Lösung meines Problems gab.

I wil not recommend to buy it , I recently bought it then in few days noise is coming from machine . VEVOR isn’t helpful to resolve the technical issues .

Von außen sehr schön, aber leider mehr als 15auf einmal geht nicht, würde ich niemanden empfehlen, wer Gastro hat oder geschäftlich er ist redlich geeignet nur für zu Hause, wenn man zwei Kinder hat

Fungerar inte som beskriver. Max till 4 glassar. Support jätte dåligt, tar lång tid att få svaret, utan lösning. Har skickat kort videoklipp med problemet och har inte fått svar nästan två veckor. Manual instruktioner - dåligt. REKOMMENDERAR INTE!!!

The mix hopper reaches 11°C, which is far too warm and causes the cocoa powder to separate from the mix, as well as creating icy crystals in the soft serve. I've contacted customer support several times about this issue, but they have never responded. Their after-sales service is very disappointing. No actual person to get in contact with. The machine also doesn't dispense consistently. The first two ice cream cones come out perfectly, but after that the soft serve becomes watery and loses its proper texture. This makes the machine unreliable for serving. I would not recommend this machine.

Hoppers do not get cold enough to meet health requirements of less than 41 degrees, now we have two giant bricks

Bonjour Lors de la livraison la machine m a été livré à l'horizontale . Et ma machine ne fonctionne pas correctement

Fonctionne très très mal une véritable merde en panne a la première utilisation et personne pour réparer attention arnaque

super produit mais qq petit point negatif , livraison arriver apres la prevision ( envenement prevu du coup sans glace) et doc en anglais , ( prevoir en francais ce serait bien )
