A máquina avariou há uma semana e ainda não entraram em contacto comigo após vaarias solicitações com o suporte

I received the unit 8 days after I ordered it. I was super excited to launch ice cream at my cafe. I set up the machine and followed the instructions. It made ice cream in less than 10 minutes and it was delicious, but that was short lived as 2 hours later the ice cream melted and it will no longer cool… I’ve tried to contact vevor but no one will call me or live chat to get a resolution. It’s 2 messages a day only back and forth and nothing is getting resolved. It’s 5 days since I reported the issue and all I’ve been told is to call a refrigeration tech to fix it… I paid for a new machine I don’t want to have to have someone come repair it before I’ve even sold my first cone!

Dovevo aprire un ristorante nuovo fast food non volendo spendere eccessivamente per una macchina da gelato soft professionale ho deciso di prendere questa macchina a soli 1300 euro. Il risultato è stato come dovevo immaginare molto deludente. Prima cosa macchina rumorosissima da non poter rimanere vicino più di qualche secondo, il prodotto viene piuttosto bene a non si riesce a regolare in consistenza. Guarnizioni che si consumano alla velocità della luce assistenza inesistente. E’ un anno che provo ad acquistare le guarnizioni nuove ma non si riesce a parlar con nessuno se non con risponditori automatici o chat virtuali. Sconsigliata a chi ha una attività ristorativa. I pezzi di ricambio introvabili

This was probably the worst and most useless machine I have ever purchased. After a 2 months we tried to contact them, but never received a proper response. Since the day I bought it, I have tried every possible setting, but it never produced proper soft serve -only runny ice cream. Honestly, I was only able to use this machine a few times , and every time i tried i got no positive results and only lost money.

Had a machine that died took me three weeks to get them to replace it. The new machine lasted a month refrigeration died again now they will not replace it because they say they already replaced it so they replaced it with a machine that didn’t even last a month takes long time to get anything resolved And they do not back the warranty

I used the machine for 6 months, the parts are disposable and when I contacted the seller to ask for a replacement, they simply did not respond and acted like fools. In reality, it will be a short-lived machine. There is no stock of spare parts. If it is damaged, you have to throw it away.

The worst purchase I have ever made. It started giving me problems since the first week. I have open so many tickets with them. It beeps and stops working 5-6 times a day, the noise is so loud, it was leaking all night from the inside . We have been replacing parts and now it doesn’t turn on anymore .Customer service is horrible. There is not a phone number to call, you can communicate only with email . After waiting 2-3 days for a response they send you some YouTube videos that you cannot even open them. Every week something breaks.I had to call the technician so many times. Is costing me more lost than profit . I lost $1400. With this purchase
