La machine fait beaucoup trop de bruit a l’utilisation et même pour garder le froid donc très compliqué de l’utiliser dans un commerce

The machine was working fine only for 2 days. After 2 days of usage one of refigerant pipes just got broken and all of refigerant gas leaked. After contacted with customer support, they did not suggest and repairing service or replacement of device. Just suggested me some money back and requested me to call some expert who is fixing the pipe issue and filling up with gas. This happened and the expert mentioned that temperature of the compressor within the machine is exremely high (>100 °C), which is not normal as well as the compressor is shaking some much within the machine and most probably this caused the pipe breaking. Now I requested to the machine get completely replace as per it cannot be repaired due to there is no possibility to buy a new compressor to the machine.

Habe diese Eismaschine im Dezember erstmals in Betrieb genommen, seit März lief sie in einem Gastronomie Betrieb, 6Tage die Woche. Die Lautstärke, die durch die Kühlung und die vermeintlich billigen Komponenten hervorgerufen wurde war zum Schluss unerträglich, man Verstand sein eigenes Wort nicht mehr. Deshalb ein kompletter Austausch. Handhabung sehr einfach.

C’est un manque de respect total envers le client. Leur promesse de « retour gratuit sous 30 jours » n’est clairement pas tenue. Des paroles sans action. Quand un produit est dangereux et défectueux, on s’attend à une réaction immédiate, pas à être ignoré. Une expérience catastrophique du début à la fin. Ein wesentlicher Kritikpunkt ist, dass der Deckel aus Kunststoff besteht, wodurch Schmutz und Insekten in das Gerät gelangen können. Zudem arbeitet das Gerät sehr laut, was den Nutzungskomfort erheblich beeinträchtigt. Darüber hinaus verfügt der Kühlraum über keine ausreichende Kühlung. Durch die vom Motor erzeugte Wärme verdirbt die Milch bereits nach kurzer Zeit. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich das Gerät leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

I have been constantly experiencing problems with this VEVOR machine. I have only been using it for 1–2 weeks. Yes, it produces ice cream, but the upper cooling system is not working, and the mixture in the hopper is spoiling. The user instructions are very poor. The machine is also very noisy during operation. And today, it started leaking water from the back side as well.

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice und absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme wird mein Problem seit Tagen nicht gelöst. Stattdessen erhalte ich immer wieder die gleichen Standardantworten ohne konkrete Hilfe. Mein Anliegen wird lediglich weitergeleitet, ohne dass tatsächlich etwas passiert. Besonders problematisch ist, dass mein Ticket automatisch als „gelöst“ geschlossen werden soll, obwohl der Mangel weiterhin besteht. Eine ernsthafte Bearbeitung ist für mich nicht erkennbar. Da es sich um ein gewerblich genutztes Gerät handelt, entsteht mir durch den Ausfall ein wirtschaftlicher Schaden, der vom Support offenbar nicht berücksichtigt wird. Ich habe inzwischen eine Frist zur Lösung gesetzt. Sollte diese ergebnislos verstreichen, werde ich weitere Schritte einleiten. Ich kann diesen Kundenservice in keiner Weise empfehlen. Ich werde diese Bewertung aktualisieren, sobald eine tatsächliche Lösung erfolgt.

Ordered this machine last Monday. It has now been 6 business days, and it still has not arrived. Cannot give an accurate review when I have not received my machine.
