Bought this , put it together, looks nice a worked the first time I used it , the spray wand broke . Contacted vevor and they are supposed to send me a new wand , they say they are out of stock, been 10 days an still can’t use this thing

I received the sprayer today. The cardboard box was completely damaged, and I took photos for record. I’m not sure if there is any damage inside. I tried charging the battery, but it seems to already be fully charged since it keeps showing a green light. How long is the battery warranty? I may need to monitor the battery over time. I will assemble the machine first and will leave a review after I have used it.

It started leaking on the first day, the hose, handles, the main twisting cap are too cheap. Why can’t you sell a sprayer that has proper hose and all. Just sell us one that is wothy 5 times the price with high quality materials. I would be ok to pay more if it last….

It leaks. Connections were not put on tight from factory, so tighten all connections before use. I lost about 3 gallons before discovering this. The wand does not shut off, so it continues to spray, you have to shut the power button off, which isn’t convenient. The hose that connects to the wand leaks going right down your arm and all over your shoes. Nothing worked to fix this, will have to cut the hose and replace. For the price it was made cheaply. I was disappointed in the quality of this product for the price. The container, wheels, and frame are good. Would not recommend this product.

The package arrived damaged and missing the spray wand. I have asked Vevor to send the missing piece but to date all I get is emails telling me they are working on it. While I wait for the spray wand I have been using the device to water only, with the hose only- so I have experienced the pump which is not very strong and trickles water at a very slow rate. I do not know how this will improve if I ever get the handheld wand attachment, but it is very underpowered and takes almost an hour to pump the entire tank of water

The sprinklers broke right away. The battery does not charge properly after 3 months of occasional use. The product overall is way overpriced. I would not recommend it to anyone who treat large areas frequently.

Even with plumber tape, the joints leak with hand tightening. Engineering for securing but on spool handle is bad, did not fit the manufactured hole so when tightening, the nut fell into the drum, and was irretrievable. Website access to customer service is terrible, very limited selections to say what’s wrong with product. Response of customer service personnel was one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with, totally unresponsive.

Last step was remove battery and charge, there wasn’t a battery to remove. You could tell the box had been opened previously. Parts in box had been opened also. I ordered a new battery, then contacted customer support. I was told that a battery couldn’t be shipped to me. I was literally looking at the replacement battery I ordered sitting on my couch. I did end up getting money back for battery I ordered.

I searched hard to find a 15 gallon, battery powered, weed sprayer with a battery included. This equipment had all the desired features, including a long hose and strong pressure, and I was excited to try it out. The machine was well-designed and easy to assemble. Unfortunately, the long wand spray nozzle had a flaw in the weld where the aluminum tube attached to the brass fitting, and the spray went everywhere. My husband tried tightening all the nuts and adjusting the rubber gasket, but nothing helped. We were able to use a smaller wand to finish the job, but my 2-acre property really needs the larger wand. If the company is willing to send me a replacement wand, I could update my rating.
