Recensioni dei clienti per VEVOR 3KG Oro Forno Fusore Per Oro 1400W Macchina Per Fusione Per Oro 1150℃ Gold Melting Furnace Digitale

I’ve only used it a few times did you see I’ve only had it maybe a month and I’ll do the crack on both sides where the cursor bowl goes inside the crackers on the top outside

El servicio post-venta es muy deficiente. Llego roto y no quieren cambiarlo por uno nuevo, te lo tienes que arreglar tu.

Never received order Big sign in front of house with address and apartment numbers Don't know why never received order refunded money

Made total of two pours with this melting furnace before it quit working. Contacted customer support told them of the failure, tried to get a refund, submitted a ticket, faced a lot of pushback/ required Additional info / pictures / trouble shooting steps Still does not work and never got a refund

Doesn't work correctly ... casting 950 silver. Set temperature to 1066c only reached 1034/1035c after 2.5 hours.. asked vevor for a refund or a replacement.

GARBAGE - Don't Buy. Worked once and after first use never turned on again. Couldn't return. lost money. DO NOT BUY

Absolute garbage. I used it once ran up for 5 minutes and the fuse blew. I replaced it with a fuse that it came with and it will not fire up again. Customer service is absolutely the worst I've seen.

Unit arrived in a timely manor. Set it up and first time plugging it in everything kicked on but as soon as it started heating it would display an error code 5 and immediately shut down the heating cycle. I put in a ticket with Vevor and they did respond in a timely manner. However they don't stock any parts and so getting parts takes about 2 weeks. They first said it was the circuit board fand and now they are saying it is the circuit board it's self that is bad. At this time I have not received the new circuit board so I don't know if that will fix it but hoping so. This is the second furnace I have purchased of this same type and the first one works great. I just drew the lemon this go around. Would appreciate a little better quality control.

The product works ok, but because Vevor uses fedex instead of a shipper that’s competent, it always involves far more time and hassle than it should. Switching to a competent shipper would solve the problem. FedEx sucks, and Vevor sucks for using them. I will no longer buy from Vevor as long as they use incompetent fedex.
