Hi Trying to get help from support but they do NOT assist me which is very bad for your company This winch is NOT working anymore and I only used it once for test after installing. Please contact me with support asap so we can solve the problem. It is some electrical problem in the black box on top of the vinsch My phone: +358 457 3135 731 I speak swedish and english

Buy this winch for my trailer and arrive fast, came everything on the box but the bolt was not good, that is my only complain, easy to install ans easy to use, came winth wire and wireless control. 100% recomendend

This product will get the job done. Fairly easy to install (2 man job on slanted plate). I installed on a power tilt trailer that was prewired for a winch.

So far so good, my guy didn't have any problem installing, I pulled a couple cars onto my rollback with it. HOWEVER, the remote is awful, I mean it works, but the buttons aren't labeled as u can see from my SELF LABELED modification pix. It could of been better, but some genius decided "lets put black lettering on dark blue, that'll really stand out!". The on/off switch is on the side, then I just labeled the 'in' button because obviously the other is 'out'. The unit so far so good, the remote: ZERO.

She stop working for up side i can't use it for pulling up Just used few times i can hear click in without motor running

Used it for the first time and winch would go out but it would not go in. Switched wires on capacitor and now in work now but out will not Good thing it has the clutch release so I can pull it by hand

une premiere commande arrivé , non fonctionnel, après plusieurs semaines de discutions , arrivé d'un nouveau packet , lui en tout cas marche, tout est fonctionnel , après 6 tonnes dans les rêves , 1.7 on atteint la limite de sa capacité, mais je le savait avec le materiel chinois divise part deux au mini les competence
