The fan is great after I had to purchase a universal remote module and remote. Apparently I was not in the box when it arrived. Everything else was there and I made it work after spending 49.00 dollars. Not to happy when i found it missing. I would like to have the original module and remote if possible. Please let me know what you can do about it.

Can’t say it’s good as parts missing tried to resolve problem with company sent several emails still waiting on them to resolve and send remote control and receiver

I’ve had this fan for one month now and cannot use because it arrived missing the blade holders that attach the blades to the motor. Vevor support keeps emailing saying they're going to send me the missing parts, but none to date. My request for refund/return was denied so consequently I'm stuck with a $220 unusable fan until parts arrive. Im just hoping that they send the correct parts. Good communication, but it amounts to nothing if you cant resolve the issue in a timely fashion.

Placed the order online. Never received the fan or even a tracking number. I would like a refund.

Does not move much air at all in my shop. Would not buy it again

I had my electrician installed four of these fans three of the four rattle in the air output is lower than my fan that is radiated at 8,000 CFN and these are rated at 10,000 CFM very displeased with this fan I do not recommend purchasing it

Garbage! Complete waste of money! No power whatsoever so no air movement.

I ordered 2 fans from Vevor. Installed both and one has a bad motor. Contacted Vevor customer service almost 3 weeks ago and they have sent me to 3 different departments without resoluiton They tried to offer a refund of $52 for a fan I just paid $175 for. The last department I was sent to doesn't even respond to try and help. I have sent countless emails and still have a fan that doesn't work.

Installed my fan last week to find that it does not power on. My Electrition checked power going to it and it is correct. Remote will not pair do to the fan not working. Do to the slow response in customer service I have purchanced a different brand it is hot here in ga and can’t wait a week for a response. This is my first and probably my last purchase with vevor. Very disappointed in this process. Would still like my refund and a place to ship this junk too thanks
