Ventilateur bruyant pour une pièce de vie Facile a installer

à bien fonctionné la première année dans un atelier propre, à peine 8 heure par jour. après 1.5 an elle ne fonctionne plus

Overall this is a decent fan. Easy to assemble, quality parts and looks good. I am a little disappointed with the amount of air (lack there of) it moves compared with the fan speed and noise. Also, the fan does not come with any hardware for mounting to a wood wall.

This was a replacement, last one only lasted 1.5 years, looking back I should have purchased the extra warranty....

Le ventilileur ne tourne plus après quelques utilisations. La qualité n’est pas au rendez vous

Noisy. Three speeds, but almost no difference between them. Slow speed is way too fast. I wouldn't buy this fan if you like peace and quiet. I'm disappointed. Also aesthetically, the whole fan is black and silver in colour, then they go and put a gold control chain with a wooden knob . It just looks weird. Should be a silver chain, black knob.

The item arrived broken from the factory. I spoke with customer service for three months , but they didn’t respond properly. They tried to send me spare parts from China, which didn’t work. Still after three months I didn’t get any refund and any spare parts.

Cómo puedo devolver he comprado varias cosas y es la primera vez que deja de funcionar

I cannot recommend buying from Vevor in general, as they try to avoid responsibility during the return process and offer only partial refunds. If the customer does not accept their terms, they turn customer service into a nightmare. Every 48 hours you receive automatically generated messages promising that a “specialist” will get back to you, but after more than a week, nothing has progressed. Their tactic of wearing the customer down probably works on many people, and many will give up on making a complaint because Vevor has created a system that makes customers tired of waiting for a refund.

Pessima qualità, non funziona l'oscillazione, rumorosi. Totalmente inadatti ad un ambiente con persone. Oggetto pessimo e servizio cliente totalmente inefficace e inefficiente
