I gave a 2 star for the looks and style but the preforming part is pretty bad I keep it on the high setting if I didn't u couldn't feel it if u get the motor putting out rpm like it should it would be a awesome fan but my Dollar Store fan puts out better sorry but giving my honest opinion

Se compraron 4 paquetes de dos unidades de 18 pulgadas , en poco tiempo fallaron dos , no se cual es el procedimiento para que me cambien los que fallaron o tengo que esperar antes que se acabe la garantía por si fallan los demas. Espero su respuesta

Online this said it had a fully enclosed motor which is NOT the case. I have reached out to return them and it has been 4 days with no response. I'm not impressed with this company so far.

I ordered this item from this company. And I have been in a shipping, hail with them for the past 2 months. I finally got a refund today. They shipped the item to whoever has never showed up. I would never never do business with them again every time I buy something they ship it somewhere else, they don't listen to you. Their customer service sucks and treats you like s*** and patronize you .

Ho acquistato questo ventilatore, è dopo averlo fatto montare ad uno specialista per evitare errori o rotture, dopo solo venti secondi la funzione "swing", ossia oscillazione non funzionava più, rimanendo bloccato. Dopo vari tentativi nel contattare l'assistenza, mi scrivono che " non abbiamo potuto procedere alla sostituzione poiché il pezzo di ricambio è andato perduto durante la spedizione ". Quindi dopo varie settimane ad attendere invano mi dicono che possono offrirmi un rimborso di 50 euro per un ventilatore pagato 85. Società poco seria è non affidabile

Another product in my order arrived damaged. Contacted customer service and they never responded. Talked to an agent and they kept telling me that they emailed me and they have escalated the issue but I never received an email. Have yet to get a resolution. The agent keeps sending me screenshots of emails she said they are sending me but removes header (does not display the email it was sent from, email sent to and date and time). I have checked all my folders and those emails have not been received. This company is a scam save your money. They will not provide support for their products.

el ventilador es potente, tiene el cable del mando algo corto, por lo que no puedes ponerlo muy alto, y tampoco da mucho angulo para inclinarlo, el nebulizador funciona bien, algo básico por el precio que se paga pues hay anillos mejores ya que aquí son muchos empalmes y alguno fallará con el tiempo, pero tampoco es muy preocupante pues ya gotea por las boquillas, lo más grave viene por su movimiento oscilante, hace ruido como crujidos y da la sensación de que ese engranaje no va a durar mucho tiempo, por desgracia el resto de opiniones no me dan mucha esperanza tampoco, respecto a caudal de aire genial y ruido tampoco es excesivo al 1 se puede mantener una conversación a 2-3 mts, posición 2 ya se oye bastante pero en una reunión familiar con 6-8 persona ya hay más jaleo del que da el ventilador y compensa el ruido, al 3 es un vendaval de aire y ruido....
