Bought this concrete saw thinking it’s a good deal turns out worst decision ever can’t cut through a two inches of concrete without stopping several times and when i raised the isue with vevor they asked for a video showing them the issue they returned with a tutorial how to use a saw as if it’s my first time using a saw,and immediately closed the case without waiting to see if the issues have been resolved.

I am trying to return an items and am having difficulty with Customer Service. They do not want me to return it. IT is an unopened box.

This thing is absolutely not legal for 120v. You will need a 30amp breaker as a 20amp absolutely will keep tripping. This however only has a 20amp plug. So unless you have a 30amp breaker wired with #10 wire and are willing to swap the plug, you're going to cut a few seconds at a time before running back to the breaker. This thing should not exist.

Plate around blade is damaged. It came in like this and looks like factory defect,not from shipping. It sitting brand new. Never used it due to vevor fault/defect product . Almost $200 waste

I clicked on the 16inch and I went through to complete the transaction I got the product but the 14inch I have a 14 inch already I paid for something that I’m not going to use Be careful buyers

After the first use I went to cut a small trench in a concrete floor and the saw wouldn’t work. I tested the incoming power and found that the inline gfci went bad. I now have a non functioning saw and can’t find a cord to replace the one in the saw

I bought this VEVOR concrete saw expecting professional quality, but it completely failed after the second use. I immediately contacted customer service and sent multiple detailed videos from every angle clearly showing that the saw does not work. Instead of standing behind their product, they kept giving me excuses and asking for more videos, each time finding a new reason to avoid replacing it. I never asked for a refund or money back — I simply wanted a working saw to finish my project. Unfortunately, after weeks of back-and-forth, the issue remains unresolved. This experience has been a complete disappointment, and I would not recommend this product or the brand based on how this was handled.
