En cas de problème, il est impossible d’obtenir le moindre interlocuteur humain : le service client est entièrement géré par une intelligence artificielle qui se contente de réponses automatiques, sans analyse ni solution réelle. Chaque échange devient une perte de temps et rend toute démarche extrêmement compliquée. Le site annonce un délai de 3 jours, alors que dans mon cas, 30 jours se sont écoulés et je n’ai toujours pas été livré à la date où j’écris ce commentaire. Pour éviter ce type de situation, il est clairement préférable de régler vos achats via PayPal, seule véritable protection en cas de litige. VEVOR étant une société chinoise, vous n’avez aucune emprise légale directe en Europe : seule la protection PayPal peut garantir un recours efficace.

is recommended to be used with 120v 32 amp circuit???? have never even seen 120v with 32 amp circuit. states can be used with 15 amp circuit. used with 120v 20 amp circuit, cutting slow and shallow. still popped breaker often. has a reset button on supply cord that is extremely wonky. takes several minutes of fidgeting with it to get it to reset. did not come with hose adapter for water. came with weird little electric submersible water pump.

Das ist meine zweite Bewertung da so wie es aussieht vevor sie erste gelöscht hat. Beim auspacken ist uns schon aufgefallen das, dass blech für die Höhe und Führung der säge total verbocgen war. Somit keine geraden und präzise Schnitte möglich. Nach nur 3 schnitten ist schon ein Wasser Anschluss für die kühlung gebrochen. Keine Kaufempfehlung

This items advert was VERY misleading The photographs had no indication of size or weight. When received it was HUGE and could not be lifted out of the box without assistance. The weight was not given and the only indication of its difficulty to use was a review AFTER I purchased that said " I required a hoist to use the machine safely" I applied to return the item as its weight rendered it "un fit for purpose " but it was not acceptable to Vevor. A 60 euro refund was offered. A loss of over 150 euros. It is Vevor's loss as I will not buy from them again.

I would not recommend saw for cutting concrete more that 2”. It doesn’t have the power to cut through 4” or more of poured concrete.

Used it for a bit job and can't even cut the concrete without getting jammed. Doesn't have a lot of power maybe because it's wired and not gas but definitely can't cut at all

Absolutely garbage. Ran one 160 linear feet trench, wet cutting. First the wiring failed on the built in gfci and I had to splice it, then the knobs stopped tightening up properly. The metal guide never fit correctly, I had to bend the metal to get the bolts through. The motor completely failed without being pushed hard at all. This saw will function for about 15 seconds on anything less than a 30 amp breaker. The only positive I have is that it’s cheap so I learned my lesson quickly, buyer beware. Oh, and the pump is Mickey Mouse.
