Eli Bad customer service after purchase
The product was advertised very well. I tried to get the company to send me a transformer with an EU/UK Cord/wall plug in immediately after purchase (as in less than 30 mins) as I will be using this there. I was assured my request had been sent to the appropriate department and the correct cord will be shipped with the transformer.
The item was shipped without one. Upon receipt I contacted customer service and they were looking into it. I just found out that I will not be getting the one I requested and now returning the item has become a big headache; they will not send me a code and form to return the product. Do not buy their product unless you are sure that every i is dotted and every t crossed.
