produit reçu rapidement et bien emballé. Le seul problème est que le moteur est bloqué, le lanceur n'arrive pas a entrainer le moteur. Le service client me demande de démonter la bougie etc. chose que j'ai déjà faite. Et maintenant plus de nouvelles du SAV. Très Déçu !

Does not work very good. Not sure is something is wrong with the electrical but it takes forever to get started. You cannot turn it off and start it right back up. Won’t work.

Would give negative stars if it was possible. First time used it spun out if control and there is no way to stop it. Contacted Vevor and received the generic email response. Researched and found out thid as happening often with the 63cc. Then discovered Vevor discontinued the 63cc. No support from Vevor. Have a broken pos hole digger, no videos because who has their phone out when a tool is spinning out of control? Still no results. Ended up buying the 43cc from Vevor and have had no problems. Can't buy it, so can't say don't buy it. Vevor's customer service is horrible!

This is the final item of a $500 order that never arrived. I tried to contact customer service, but their phone number does not work. So I have had to use email. And they still have not resent the item or issued a refund after over a month. All they want is a picture or a video. I am still at a loss as to how you are supposed to take a picture or a video of an item you never received? Maybe one of ya'll can enlighten me as to how to accomplish this? But after a month, I still have not received the item I paid for, not have they issued a refund. Your taking a huge risk of losing your money with this company. Do not recommend doing business with them.

After four different people on the crew, trying to start the chainsaw following the directions to a T watching the videos it still would not start and them not acknowledging anything. Their guarantee is garbage. I didn’t even take this out of the box the other product I got from them still has not even started and won’t I had to go buy another product from a local store to get the job done stay away from this company and their cheap crap.

Will not start. Customer service terrible. Assembled per instruction and put tru fuel premixed ethanol fuel, brand new can. Pulled to start, ran for 5 seconds and will not start. Customer Service wanted a video of it running. IT WILL NOT RUN IT WILL NOT RUN. PURCHASED 1 YEAR WARRANTY, 3 days without needed auger

Needed this ASAP for an ongoing project that has been on hold. After assembling the motor is seized! Cant pull the start cord. Piece of crap that has no quality control!!! Buy elsewhere from a reputable supplier who tests their products

Shoots fuel out the exhaust. We've never gotten to use it. Sat in the box for months!! We waited in some decent weather and when it finally rolled around we weren't able to use it for our fences!
