Erreichbarkeit persönlich gewünscht

Vevor ist eine absolute Empfehlung von Preis Leistung. Was gar nicht geht ist die Erreichbarkeit, die persönliche Erreichbarkeit bei Klärungsbedarf zB. der Lieferung. Es wurde, warum auch immer versehentlich eine falsche Lieferadresse verwendet. Folglich konnte das Paket nicht zugestellt werden und ging zurück. Schätzungsweise über 1000km hin und zurück war das Paket bis dahin unterwegs. Man hätte dieses leicht vermeiden können, wenn anstatt einer Ki ein Mensch ans Telefon ging, aber in der Digitalen Welt gibt es zwar immer weniger Persönliche Kommunikation, doch bleibt der Energieverbrauch und die Umweltbelastung bestehen, für mich ein Unding.

CAME BROKEN, PROVED IT NO REFUND!
I really liked VEVOR, this is the 3rd camera we purchase, I opened a case, sent video and pics of a brand new broken camera and was ignored! they asked for more pics sent , Ignored! this a a great tool , but you just might get a bad one and they do not care!

Ich habe eine vergleichbares besseres Produkt und wollte dieses hier zurückgeben. Dieser Sachverhalt wurde ignoriert. Stattdessen hat man mich genervt mit ich soll Bilder und virdeos schicken und was defekt ist. Es ist nichts defekt , aber ich habe wo anders ein bessseres Produkt Ich habe aufgegeben.
