Lätt att använda, tyvärr blev optikens diameter större än de angivna 6,4 mm eftersom det var 2 ihopsatta hylsor efter varandra för linsen,. De hade var för sig rätt diameter men ihopmonteringen var inte centrerad och det gör att det inte går att skjuta in optiken i ett hål med diameter 6,5 mm som jag förutsatte.

It’s an all right camera. It’s difficult to articulate it in tight spots. Image resolution is subpar. Definitely save up my money for Milwaukee next time.

rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with VEVOR has been extremely disappointing. The product arrived and did not work right out of the box. I contacted customer service immediately and was told that someone would be reaching out to me to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. The item was never used because it was defective upon arrival. Since then, I have spent far too much time trying to get assistance and a refund. On multiple occasions I was told someone would contact me, only to be completely ignored. I have had to repeatedly follow up myself just to get basic updates. What frustrates me most is not that a product arrived defective—these things can happen with any company. It is the lack of communication and follow-through afterward. When a customer reports a defective product immediately and makes every effort to work through the proper channels, they should not have to chase the company for answers. At this point, I am still waiting for the refund and a resolution. I hope VEVOR takes customer service more seriously in the future and reaches out to finally resolve this matter.

It's ok, but for the same price OR CHEAPER you can get the Teslong TD450S or similar, which is objectively better. Vevor scopes come with hit-or-miss customer service and a cheaper build quality, so the value comes from the added directions of movement for the articulated head for the price. The problem is, this is painfully awkward to use thanks to the default orientation of the camera and the over-long, over-stiff joystick along with the oversensitive screenshot button under the handle. So much so that you're really only getting 2 useful directions of movement out of this, as it's easier to just flip 2 directionsa nd rotate the snake by hand. The added directional freedom only makes this harder to use. The Teslongs give you better controls, higher build quality, better customer service, and extras like heat protection. Again, this is at the same price or lower. I just really can't recommend this.

Decent for the price, joystick is hard to move and to get camera articulated up you have to put extreme pressure on the joystick

Nach etwas mehr als einem Jahr läst es sich nicht mehr laden. Wurde aber selten gebraucht. Ausserdem ist die Bild Qualität nicht wirklich gut.

If you truly want 360 articulation of the camera, don't buy this one. I gave it one star only because the image quality is at least good, but mine will only let the lens flip mostly back on itself in one of its 4 primary control directions and the light keeps going off and back on randomly like there's a bad power connection to it. Best I can get is about a 90 deg bend in any other direction off straight ahead. Oh, and once you do bend it over, its ridiculous how difficult it is to navigate it to look straight forward again. So, the statement in the ad saying no more twisting your wrist to see in the direction you want is completely not true with this one. Cheap price absolutely equals a cheap quality with this purchase.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Did not work. I contacted vevor they said they where going to e mail me a solution but I haven't heard from them
