My weedeater head trimmer came damaged Need replacement

I like the product but its really hard to use because its really heavy

decent equipment. as advertised.. the plastic handle is a little cheap feeling and needed re tightening , but beefy. Also, at 55 ccs one needs to keep fuel on hand..she gets thirsty

Well worth the money for pole saw and hedge trimmer etc worked great but 65 years old the 52cc is heavy and harness is useless i should have got the 36 cc

Machine arrivée défectueuse. J'ai donné la machine à un réparateur qui m'a dit que le le système de carburation était HS. Le carbu n'aspire pas l'essence. Bref, petit prix grosse merde. Dommage car j'ai toujours été satisfait de mes produits commandés sue Vervor. On dira faute à pas de chance. ================================================== Suite : Après avoir lu le commentaire, Vervor m'a écrit et ensuite m'a envoyé une machine neuve qui elle fonctionne. Au final attitude très pro de la part de Vervor qui a assumé la panne. Merci à Vervor pour sa réaction très pro. On peut avoir confiance en Vervor.

First of all , thank you so much for having this product. I searched for 2 months looking for a gas trimmer and no stores in my area sell any. All have battery operated products for which I don’t want. I noted my yard guy using your product to trim my hedges . He told me that it was a good product. Since purchasing the trimmer I have nothing but positive comments about the ease of caring it around while cutting my hedges and the outstanding cuts it gives. Love your product! Perry Cartlidge

Just bought one in July, really liking it so far, I have tortured this thing and it keeps on delivering!

I have had it for a couple of weeks now. The only attachment that I have used to this point is the string trimmer attachment. It is able to go through just about anything that is soft stemmed with ease. The unit and all of its components seem to be made pretty well (aka: metal and not plastic). Power head starts easily and produces lots of power. I wish the string trimmer head was the fast load variety, as you have to dismantle the head to add more string. That is the only "negative" that I have so far.

you sent my trimming to the wrong address and i live 200 miles from there.

After using this for 3 full days clearing brush on my land, these are the problems I found. The kill button is in a stupid spot, it is easily knocked when working, the harness is junk, plastic broke and had to tie knots in the straps to keep it on, when you try to re-start it with it still hooked to harness you flick the choke on while pulling cord. Lost the tightening knob off the shaft on the way to my property before I even used it. Line cutter was lost while cutting with brush blade. Other than that it runs and starts great, has lots of power and it is able to cut down trees up to 3” diameter or so with one swipe.
