Worked at first but then wouldn't start and email after email to this customer service to get no where..... crap product and very bad customer service...... save yourself time and money and but for a store that you can work with...VEVOR your customer service and product is a FAIL

Used it twice and now it won't start. The trimmer cut very well for the 2 hours I could use it. Dealing with customer service now and I have to send them a video of me trying to start it.

assembly was easy, did cut a lot of grass only ran for half a tank of gas before it wouldn't start anymore. used the correct oil to gas mix, figured maybe it over heated so left it alone for awhile. Still wont start again from a little research online it seems the prawl's in the starter are no longer engaging the engine when i pull it to start.

Won't start

I ordered this and as soon as It came in, it is very hard to crank and the weed eater shaft is seized up and wont work, never even got to use it. Ive been trying to get ahold of them to return it and get a refund and it has been a epic fail. I will be reporting this soon if nothing is done about it.

Je constate, qu’Il doit être entièrement monté par le client que je suis et je ne suis pas du tout bricoleur d’une part et d’autre part, comment pourrais-je l'être avec la notice qui est uniquement en anglais. Ce qui est contraire à la Loi Toubon. Loi n° 94-665 du 4 août 1994 relative à l'emploi de la langue française. Version en vigueur depuis le 05 mars 1995 « Dans la désignation, l'offre, la présentation, le mode d'emploi ou d'utilisation, la description de l'étendue et des conditions de garantie d'un bien, d'un produit ou d'un service, ainsi que dans les factures et quittances, l'emploi de la langue française est obligatoire ». 2. J’ai donc parfaitement repositionné tous les produits avec leurs emballage respectifs et j’ai intégralement reconfectionné le carton de livraison pour son retour. 3. Merci de me transmettre la marche à suivre pour le renvoi du produit et pour l’annulation de ma commande et le remboursement du 1er loyer. One of the worst ones yet machine is way under powered!! Boggs down under the smallest tasks .would not recommend this product .waste of time and money

The worse experience. A big chunk of the blade broke off and the motor starter got stuck. The trimmer is now completely useless. Customer service is not great. They said they will ship the parts to fix it. It has been around 3 weeks and parts are received. I am hoping I could finish the yard work this summer.

I ordered the trimmer was notified the next day it was shipped after waiting for 3 weeks I was told it went missing and was vevor was giving me a refund ??????? after two weeks I received refund I still don't know what happened.

This lasted about 20 minutes before something broke.
