I bought this a few weeks ago used it twice and the line cutter on the protection guard broke off. there than that it runs great. I put in a ticket for warranty and was told I qualify but other then that they havnt instructed the next move..

Came missing a part. Still trying to resolve the issue with no success. Not impressed with customer service.

Great machine, powerful! It is heavy but it is to be expected given it is 63cc. Wish the harness to hold the machine was better quality. Also I had to repair the handle. The handle broke the second time I used the machine. The handle should be better quality with more aluminum or steel in the design. I also wish I could purchase an extra length of straight shaft for the pole saw like the smaller model 53cc. If the handle for the machine didn't break and was better design, I would recommend this product.

Bought it used to cut brush and was working great even cut off a 6 inch stump, went to use it again and the pull for the Carter broke inside the case, rope still there but won’t turn engine over

The extensions that fit on to the main head swivel when in use ,even when tightened very tightly.I have only used the machine 2 or 3 times.

i received the kit and it has everything listed, seemed to be good quality and everything worked as it should, the power head starts on first couple pulls and runs great. i have used the brush head the most and it works well, the pruning head is fantastic except the adjustment screw keeps getting loose and falling out while i am cutting. there is nothing to hold it in place except tension and when the bar loosens up from use the screw starts backing out but i think this can be corrected by a little better thread fit. the hedge trimmer did not last long but i think it was a fluke, it cut great and everything worked well until the worm gear in the head sheared a tooth, i emailed Vevor and they are sending me another one, all in all for 200 bucks it is what it is. it isnt going to be a echo or stihl but for the money and a little patients it will work fine around the house.

BUT..... It has a problem with starting half of the time.

I have had this machine about a week now. it performs well. I have cleared a lot of brush. When it gets hot the engine starts to miss and bog. Sounds like a car with a turbo two step. The engine stop switch comes unplugged over and over. It starts easy and runs all day. Just not sure what the stumble is just yet. Will it just stop all together one day? Who knows? We will use it until we can't use it anymore.
