When I receive this product, it was missing the accessory box, along with some of the essential tools. I contacted.Vevor and provided them photos and order number, and everything else they asked for. This has been going on for several weeks and no resolution. I am beyond frustrated and so disappointed in this company.

The hedge trimmer cast aluminum body broke when tightening the one bolt. I didn't even have the spring washer fully compressed. I am a professional mechanic and know how to properly tighten bolts. The trimmer itself is extremely cheaply made. It has tons of vibration when running. Its hard to start with anything other than the string head because the machine runs the head while the engine spins or starts. The spring start is a horrible idea for a string trimmer. The idle screw can not be turned down any more without the engine stalling. MOST IMPORTANT THING. I bought this to use my other attachments I own, like my tiller and leaf blower. They have square shaft drive where this hunk of junk has a splined shaft.

Vevor customer service, the first time I used my 63CC weed Wacker, I got this weird sound like a pop and I found out the gas tank under muffler exploded.

I used the weed eater 30 minutes and then the gas tank fell off. Apparently the screws came out and vanished.

Equipment is junk the pieces are not correct i have tried multiple times to get this together. The pieces do not click together the hole for lock rings do not connect .I cannot even use the machine I paid 300 dollars for . I want my money back .

There is no guild bar, I am missing a GUILD BAR and I need to have this bar ASAP. When I am able to use this product completely, I will write an appropriate review of the product.

I bought a honey extractor from this company it came in dented their answer was to take a hammer and beat it out not refund or replace but keep a dented piece of s*** I will no longer buy anything from a company that will not stand behind its product

I used the pole saw one time, and the gears went out of it. It was impossible to keep the chain on it. It’s aPOS and you won’t back your product. I’m done buying from you!

Save your money it's true what they say you get what you pay for. This thing is a POS didn't even make it through a whole summer. Went to weed eat my yard today and I squeezed the throttle and the head wouldn't spin. I took it apart to try and fix it and it looks like they sent me a return or something where the shaft meets the clutch it had 2 holes holding the shaft on one looked like it was a factory whole and the other hole looked like a hack special like when the hole gets stripped out and someone drives a hole right into the shaft with the screw. Never seen a clutch like that before it's cheap long store short I got a weed eater that runs but won't spin the head. I'm done doing business with this company sell me a weed eater I used for residential use and it couldn't even last one full summer.
