I've contacted pyou 3 weeks ago, my trimmer will not keep cycling, it boggs down. have not been able to use it.

Engine hard to start cold, but easy to start warm. The saw oil resivor leaks bad and saturated the case. Recommended to pour out the bar oil after each use. All of the attachments seem to be putting the engine and clutch in a bind. Even the string trimmer has a hard time rotating. No free spin when you let off the throttle. The 42 cc unit is very heavy. Glad they come with a shoulder harness. The unit hasn't stopped yet but I am waiting for the clutch to burn out. It gets very hot on that area. I greased all the shafts and polished them and that helped a little. Hope they all aren't like this!

Opened the box and it was damaged. Began trying to start return, refund, or replace and this is not convenient process.

Colin C Missing important parts. No response to resolve.
Trying to get the missing parts. Came missing 4 very important pieces. I would not suggest to buy this or anything from VEVOR as they have not got back to me about this issue.
I want VEVOR to send the missing parts or to take this back. Would help is someone would write or call me back on this issue.

I recieved the INCOMPLETE package in a timely manor. Customer service tho is really lacking understanding of customer commitment. The order was missing many pieces and i submitted pictures as requested. No replacement pieces or return label has been provided after several communication emails. Dont Recommend
