Twice temp sensor broke then finally quit customer service terrible
Customer service made no attempt to assist with faulty but pricey unit , when it worked it was great but no tech support and just some clowns wanting money in sketchy account. Thought vevor was good until now , no phone to call etc .

This weather station is an absolute piece of junk, 1st one I ordered wind speed would not register, took forever to get the replacement and that one worked for 1 day and now it quit. Save your money and buy a good quality one from someone else!!!

Very low quality product. With the first station ordered, the outdoor temperature sensor stopped working after one year, and with the 2nd one I ordered, the full outdoor sensor unit stopped synchronising after one year.

Outdoor unit failed after about 1 year. Replaced the battery, reconnected to my WiFi according to instructions. Won’t connect to inside unit anymore.
