Only had it for two weeks. First week was misery.. set up rain station 60 feet away from base . It consistently lost contact with the base . Item states that it has arranged a 300 feet . Moved rain station to 30 feet away, Did a total reset and now seems working fine. Everything seems well-made just I didn’t want to have to put it where I did. Customer support was lacking and basically unreturnable .

Produit acheté en Août 2025 en panne Avril 2026. La Station météo à un vice caché, le capteur de température extérieure se met en défaut. Je déconseille ce produit.

Le falta el brazo que soporta la estación meteorológica a venido así de fábrica por qué el paquete está en perfecto estado

Received the incorrect package, received a food mixer instead of a Weather station. Need help returning and getting the correct package.

This weathestation is not working well, all over wrong datas, from pressure jumps to wind speed sensor not working over 50km/h, radiation sensor stops at 300w/m2…

I ordered this weather station for my dad who's in his 80s and he absolutely loved it until it quit. Additionally I ordered an RV water heater and the screen died immediately, I was provided another one, but now every method I can find to contact you guys does not work. When I try to report a problem it will not allow me to upload the message without "MP4" file, which no one uses, and the chat is curiously blocked by the control window on my phone so impossible to contact your company via chat. I feel extremely ripped off.

I am not happy with the display. I hooked everything up and the display will only read the outside temps and rainfall. The inside temp, wind speed and barometric pressure will not register. I couldn't even get it to connect to the app. I am hoping customer service can help if not i will just have to do a warranty claim.

The tools that I have bought from Vevor have been outstanding! However I bought a weather stattion fromthem and it has been sub par. It won't connect to the internet. after 1 year a couple components on the station died. I wrote Vevor and they were sending out the parts to fix it. After several months they said they had trouble shipping and they'd like to give me $51 to order the parts myself. They never refunded my $51 and never gave me the parts to order.

I cannot recommend this product because it has no battery back- up, and loses data if looses power for even a moment.
