Works well for what we need. Had a power cord issue after its 3rd use but Vevor replaced it for free.

Came damaged slightly by the shipping company. (Caused by the shipping company) contacted customer support, sent pictures of damage. Support responded promptly offering to replace unit or give a substantial refund on the price....or return and refund total. They offered those options, I didn't have to request them. Damage was manageable so I kept it and they had the partial refund in my account in less then 2 days. Overall I was pretty happy with thier quick response and how they handled it. The machine is very simple, which I prefer. Easy to use, easy to clean. It will do turkeys, but I'd recommend clipping the wings and legs off since they tend to be a bit too much.....will still work ok, but the wing tips and legs tend to prevent the bird from rolling around. Still much faster then plucking by hand though. Definitely a must have for chickens though. Once you get down the learning curve for quenching the bird (water temp/time in water) it will take off all but a few pin feathers in a matter of seconds. I had my doubts but was impressed once I started useing it. The wheels under it could have been designed better, have already started falling apart.....but that really doesn't affect how it works and I typically move it around with a hand truck anyways.

We haven’t used it yet, waiting on our roosters to get a little plumper. When the box arrived everything looked great except for the small dent but it popped out. We did turn it on and tested it but just not with a chicken.

Worked great for the cornish crosses that I processed. I recommend one bird at a time as more than one didn't spin well.

Works well if you only put one bird in at a time. If you add more, clumps of feathers gather in the corner of the drum and it eventually jams. There isn't enough space for them to pass through, no matter how much water you spray. Also, mine started rusting before I even used it. Overall Im happy with it, sure beats hand plucking.

The plucker is a great machine for birds around 4-5lbs. At 5lbs they tend to get stuck and tear skin. I would go up a size in pluckers for anything bigger. For smaller birds this plucker I's the bomb, it plucks clean in seconds! I've already recommended it to friends.

Cut our time in half! Great for the price. 4 starts bc the sides are easily dented and it does get clogged up and you have to dig feathers our of it.

Good unit, the rubber fingers are harder than I expected, they crack off easy But for the price and shipping included, one can’t go wrong. The casters (wheels) that the unit rolls on are really too small and their should be 2 that pivot and allow the unit to be moved better. That wouldn’t be a big expense to change.

Just processed 35 birds. We did 1 bird, then 2 birds and finally 3 birds. The machine did everything it was supposed to. Love the wide mouth for exiting feathers. Have used other machines with small mouth and not fun. We rented this make but smaller and really liked it, so we bought the bigger one to process turkey's later on. So far so good.

We love this plucker! It does a clean pluck, works best with 2 birds at a time, 3 is too much as heads and feet start to get caught. The one thing I don't like about it is duck's feet get caught every time and ruin the drumsticks. I don't know if it's a design flaw or if all pluckers are like this with ducks since this is our first time using one. Other than that, this is a top notch product. I also can't say enough good about Vevor's customer service. Our plucker arrived terribly beat up from shipping, but still worked great! I contacted Vevor and they gave me the option to keep it and get $100 refunded since it still worked or return it for a replacement. I kept it and got the generous refund. Couldn't be happier with these guys!! A++
