After receiving, setting up, and cleaning this bone saw which took about 30 minutes total, I started processing 4 frozen 4-bone short rib plates. The saw is very simple to adjust for thickness and was able to cut all the meat (about 20 pounds) in less than 5 minutes. Most of that time was me judging the thickness and checking for bone dust. The saw cut through the meat and bone with absolutely no issue at all. The only con, which is not the saw's fault, is cleaning a saw after cutting up meat is a mess and a pain. It will take 3 times longer to clean up than it does to process the meat.

Great band saw. I caught this on sale during the holidays. We hunt every season and I got tired of paying a butch when my son is a butcher, so I felt it was cheaper to invest. And it was worth every penny. I love it!!

This saw is better than expected, it does a great job on cutting up my meat. The blade is excellent on it, Real happy with my purchase

Overall, it works. But it is not professional-grade cutting. The blade bends a little, so you can not get good, thin cuts like the beef rib to make flanken ribs. I get all sorts of thickness because the blade bends and pulls the meat/bone off the guard that is used to make the precision cuts. It might be better if there is a slide guard in the front that goes from front to back. Cleaning is not that easy. Wish there were comments about how to clean. Also, the adjustment is not easy. I reached out to support and they gave me additional videos;s to adjust the blade, but it does not work. The video does not state whether to tighten the top knob to stretch the blade to full tightness or not before adjusting. So I gave up on it (and maybe that is why the blade bends a little and I am not getting good cuts).

Saw kept hanging up/stopping while cutting through the bone of my country ham. Blade would get stuck in the bone.

Bonjour, malgré que j'ai reçu le matériel très rapidement. Il y a une grande déception avec ce vendeur. Aujourd'hui j'ai acheté ce matériel chez vous vivor. Mais j'ai tous les lames cassées, je vous ai envoyé plusieurs messages afin de trouve une solution pour que je puisse acheter d'autre lames pour ma machine. Malgré les messages rien a été fait.

Pas de scie de rechange disponible , j’ai acheté le produit avec 5 lames mais que une lame reçue et le problème quelle ne convient pas a celui que j’ai acheté donc je vous recommande pas ce vendeur
