VEVOR has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My Vista Quarter Scooter sat at Logistics Company in BC for a month. It took six weeks to get delivery. As one other person said, there is a blue breaker under the seat that must be turned on to charge that is not mentioned anywhere in the manual or instructions. I have been emailing for two weeks to find out where the parking brake is. Or even if there is one. Still no satisfaction.

I've been waiting over 30 days and cannot contact the delivery agent to send me My scooter. I have been calling them four times a day for ten days and they don't answer. I've tried calling them on 4 of their company and none answered. Please Help

We got the Vevor lunar mobility scooter, couldn’t charge it, couldn’t open the seat cover over the batteries, so we took the hinges out of the seat and found out the blue button under the seat wasn’t turned on. We turned it on and it charged!! But the seat still won’t open, did you forget to hook up a cable????? We have been waiting for a week for someone to help us and they always tell us we will hear from them in 48 hours that was a week ago!! What a bunch of morons!!!

This scooter is great, and was easy to set up. The shipping process was horrible. Customer service was horrible. I would not purchase from VEVOR again.

Scooter won't charge...there is no customer service only online correspondence and they continually answer without.eone will get back to you in24-48hrs. 2 weeks later still no answers 4000.00 scooter i can't use. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. WARNING!!!

Nice scooter however haven't been able to use it yet. This manual doesn't support the lunar model. There are wires hanging off of the scooter and no way to get to the batteries. The support is just an email and that doesn't work. We need someone to call that knows something about this scooter. I am not wanting to send this back and I can't waste $2100 dollars. Battery is not charging. If I'm able to speak to somebody and get this issue resolved I will come back and do another review.

The book states parking brake is on left brake handle bar but there is no button for parking brake. It is impossible to use the scooter safely without a parking brake. Over all rating would have been much higher but due to the lack of parking brake the rating is lower.

WARNING DO NOT BUY Product arrived damaged and unusable, axle damaged and instrument cluster damaged, customer service representative full of stories and no action after a week of correspondence. Parts not available to repair. No further choice but to take legal action to recover expense.
