THIS IS THE BEST SCOOTER I HAVE EVER PURCHASE

Scooter works fine , but: 1. Be aware that the delivery date is very doubtful, mine arrived two weeks after the promised date, and, for weeks the carrier tracking showed it as not picked up. 2. LCD screen impossible to see in the daylight, it needs a hood to stop reflections. 3. Owner manual does not explain LCD screen icons. Really lacking in information. 4. The horn blast when you turn the key to power on is very annoying. 5. Delivered with wires hanging out of the tiller. 6. Customer service is the WORST I have ever had contact with. Everything is answered with ‘we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours’. Answers that did come were too vague and never answered the question. Heck, I still cannot find what all the icons on the LCD are, and they disappear so quickly I cannot take a picture of them.

I was notified when it was to be delivered. I got a call on the day of the delivery to tell me when they would be here. Delivered carefully. It was packaged well, I was very empressed how well it was packaged. After unpacking it it was in great shape. I’m happy with price , the delivery, and appearance. I would buy another one.

The highest quality mobility scooter i have ever owned. I've got over 100 miles on it so far and I am totally impressed every time i go anywhere. I've had roughly owned a dozen scooters in the ten years. 600.00---1000.00. they All said heavy duty and they were all junk compared to the Vevor lunar-q I have now. Looks good but my thing is it doesnt make very sharp truns .thinking of retruning it but dont want to pay for the shiping cost i can barely get it in the door to bring it to the house to stay warm during the winter time what’s it exactly what I hoped it would be by being used would’ve been to use outside to be able to get around the yard in the garden without getting stuck like I do in my wheelchair and be able to do the trimming other weeds and work in the garden

The unit arrived finally after a month, the metal casing around the scooter was damaged and pushed into scooter frame, attached is the pictures of the metal cage and damage to the scooter, the shipping company gardewine also took pictures of the metal cage and damage on scooter, I would think a deductions from the price should be applied to my credit card, the wheel bar for the tipping balance was also bent. But I will say that it is a beautiful unit, I just think you should find a better shipping option
