This slide is horribly designed! It hurts kids wobbles all over the place. They will use it for a day and they will be done with it. The weld broke off and rusted! The slide ladder is rusting so bad. I regret buying this peice of trash! Complete RIP OFF!

We put it together and the kids were so excited until the used it. For some reason the end goes upwards so they scraped their backs every time. 5-10 years old no one wanted to use it . Ended up discounting the price and putting it on Facebook marketplace for a lost less then 24 hours after receiving it . Slide was way to narrow even for a 5 year old

Product is sturdy. Problem is at bottom of slide. After my grandbabies went over bottom hump they would come down hard on end of slide before hitting water. They complain of it hurting them and will NOT slide on it.

I received the order in great condition but there are parts missing what can we do to make it work.

I never received this. Supposedly was damaged in shipping which I wasn't made aware of by your company, and was shipped back to you. Needless to say I was very discouraged.

Poorly built and designed. The slide hurts the kids backside when they go down it, as it causes them to bump up and down. There were faulty parts, so we had trouble assembling the slide. Ultimately vevor did refund our purchase price.
