DO NOT BUY THIS, NOT EVEN 6 MONTHS OLD AND IT NO LONGER WORKS, advice it has to much product in there?? it holds 10L so it should work fine for its capacity, Told to stir solid wax?? How in the heck do you stir solid wax?? THEIR TECHNICAL SUPPORT SENT THIS AS A REPLY: "As seen in the image, too much wax was melted in the bucket, and it was not completely drained before the wax solidified. This caused heat to accumulate at the bottom of the bucket, which may have burned out the heating element at the bottom. Additionally, the product must be stirred continuously during use; otherwise, the machine will enter standby mode as a protective measure due to overheating. The quickest solution right now is to use a small spatula to completely remove all the wax, unplug the unit for one hour, and then try restarting it."

I had a very frustrating experience with VEVOR. The product started overheating from day one, which clearly showed it was faulty from the beginning. Instead of replacing the defective product under warranty, their customer support told me they would send a part and that I could get it replaced myself. For a faulty product that I paid for, I do not think the customer should be expected to arrange repairs or carry the burden of fixing it. As per warranty, VEVOR should have replaced the defective item properly. When I did not accept their proposed solution, they started negotiating with me instead of taking responsibility. It felt like they were trying to make the customer bear the loss for their faulty product. After a lot of back-and-forth emails, they finally refunded my money, but the whole process was stressful and unnecessary. Based on my experience, their customer support is very painful to deal with. If you want peace of mind, I would not recommend buying from VEVOR.

Purtroppo la temperatura all'interno del macchinario non corrispondono al manometro esterno, purtroppo se la manopola la si posiziona su 70 °C ALL'INTERNO il mio termometro segnava 103°C ho bruciato 1 kg di cera, andrò avanti a creare candele con il vecchio meteo del bagno maria.

I purchased a VEVOR wax melter. It’s easy to use. Quality it okay. But what’s disappointing is that it didn’t come with the screws and nuts for the arms. I asked customer service if they could send me my missing items (parts) and they never did. I’m not sure why they made a big deal about it., So my husband went to the store and purchased my screws And nuts that I needed to finish with assembly.

Bonjour, Concernant ce produit félicitation à VEVOR pour le service. Le produit lui par contre souffre d'un énorme problème de conception. En effet la chauffe faite il faut impérativement utiliser la totalité de la cire à défaut, celle ci se fige dans le robinet rendant alors l'utilisation impossible.

The heating tank works perfectly, but the tap is faulty. It only worked once with a weak flow, and then it became impossible to use again. I disassembled it and cleaned it with hot water to check for any foreign objects, but there weren't any. The problem is with the rubber seal inside the tap; it's not retracting properly, or not at all, preventing the wax from flowing. Would it be possible for you to send me a replacement tap and avoid having to return the entire machine? Thank you.

In sé sembra un bel oggetto. Ho molte perplessità sul termostato e sul sistema di riscaldamento. Quando si imposta la temperatura sembra che la resistenza interna non segua un PID di temperatura ma funzioni ON/OFF al massimo per poi staccare al raggiungimento ..... Il risultato è un riscaldamento molto repentino con livelli di ebollizione (con il rischio di rovinare) per poi staccare. Per giunta è evidente che si scalda solo una mezzaluna e non tutta l'area del fondo (si vede dove bolle la cera). I lati non sono per nulla scaldati ma mantengono solamente la temperatura. Altro piccolo difetto è che il rubinetto è collegato più in alto del punto più basso dello scolo.... Inoltre non è riscaldato con conseguente necessità di scaldare a mano l'uscita dopo qualche minuto di inattività (con cera d'api soprattutto) Non capisco se il problema è solo del mio

Works great so far! Only suggestion is to make the pour spout much bigger. This unit is NOT really suitable for production because of the slow pour rate that it offers. It really needs to pour more volume... :(

Should have read the other reviews about the temperature. To save you some trouble as to decide whether you are willing to deal with all of this, and also to remind myself how to use this, I am including the instructions from Customer Support here: "There are the following precautions when using this product: This is because of the characteristics of wax after melting, and the temperature will quickly increase after the wax is completely melted. Therefore, we recommend setting the temperature to about 10 ℃ higher than the melting point of the wax, and then stirring continuously during the melting process, so that the temperature will be relatively stable; The temperature of this machine may have a positive or negative error, so it is best to measure it with another thermometer. Cooling should be done by pouring out the container and not placing it in a bucket, as the residual temperature after heating inside the bucket does not dissipate so quickly."
