This is an outstanding small water heater that really delivers! It is the perfect solution for hot water without installing 220v wiring. Water is scalding hot which would be excellent for a dishwasher. This water heater fits nicely in a 20" cabinet with hoses attached. Super simple to install and hook-up and just plugs right into a 110v outlet and heats up faster than expected! My unit was purchased to add hot water to a standard spa tub and when the hot mixes with the cold, there is plenty of water to fill the tub an still be around 104 degrees. It also has continuous instant heating of the water while it is being used. This Vevor water heater would be perfect for a 2 person apartment, kitchen use, bar/commercial use, etc. It's surprising how much hot water this unit actually kicks out. Pretty impressive.
