We had a problem with the delivery, so we contacted the company, who responded straight away and sorted the issue out for us. A reliable company – they’re professional and very friendly.

PROS: Easy to install, easy to adjust, hard to beat for the price. Used in a vintage mobile home, far superior to the existing 2017 heater it replaced in terms of recovery, water temperature and volume. CONS: it's a SMALL SPACE HEATER. Why the hell didn't they engineer this to fit under a standard kitchen cabinet height? Just two inches shorter would work. The unit will install, but the relief valve doesn't have room to pop. Side porting the relief valve would have done the trick. A tiny bit more diameter would keep the volume. Frustrating that I have to break the line of the countertop to get the height required for install. Also would be nice to provide a basic drip tray, since it's not standard diameter. Glad to have it, would buy again, but c'mon guys - this is bought to go in SMALL spaces. Make it an under counter unit.

nice little unit, light, fits in small spaces and easy install - heats up quick. About10- 12 minutes of a really hot shower under a low flow head.

The water heater works as expected and was easy to install. The only negative is the provided valve at the bottom of the tank drips regularly which requires a bucket to be kept nearby to catch the drip.

I always go vevor for their product support and warranty. I really needed a compact efficient water heater option that wasn’t propane. This fit the bill and works great. Using it in a tiny home with minimal power. I have it mounted outside which I will cover and insulate in the winter. Saved me a Ton of space inside!

Great words lovely never have a problem out of it. I need to go buy a bigger fuses or one bigger you used to put on my house something like maybe a 30 or something like that because every once in a while it will blow ease if my son runs the heater while it’s going or runs the heater plugs it up on a certain board or whatever but other than that it’s perfect. 110 gets hot within an hour and 30 minutes high enough you can’t touch it great for trailer and actually I’m using one in my three bedroom house and it’s enough for me. I mean, I can run out of hot water if I sit there and take an hour shower. But I can sit there and take a good 30 minute shower comfortably take my time I take a good bath whatever I want. They’re very good and feel like they hold more than 18 gallons of water.
