It arrived with a broken piece but it was easier to make a new one with my router table than reach out to customer support. All 4 of our ferrets enjoy this and use it at different speeds! No large gaps for them to get stuck is why we picked this over other brands. We love it and the light color fits the decor of my bedroom.

Super Produkt, kam schnell, lässt sich schnell zusammen bauen . Dauerte ca. 1 1/2 Std. mit 2 Personen. Tolle Verarbeitung, läuft wirklich leise. Meine Katze lief nach nach 5 Tagen Training allein darin. 100 % wWeiterempfehlung.

Best buy !! Cat's are happy !

Fast delivered, necessary tools included, very easy to assemble with instructions included. My cat loves it. He got used to it quickly. He's already getting in and running in the wheel.

Molto bello fatto bene impiegato 2 orette per montarlo

Bästa katt hjulet jag köpt! Verkligen värt pengarna och katterna älskar den! Den väsnas mindre än dom i plast!

Out of 4 cats, one of them uses it and another one hops on it here and there. Anyway, that was expected. The wheel itself is well made, installation was easy with two people. Would have taken much longer if I was to do it alone. It is rather big, but does look good in the living room. I wanted the largest one to make sure it is comfortable for my cats (standard European cats).
