I want my money back didn't work longer then 1 day and shorted out busted now collecting dust and VEVOR is trash company they won't give me my money back they want me to send a video of the busted crap they sent me I sent them a pic that wasn't enough I guess they then dropped my claim ... what a bad company bad product all shit

Would love to be able to us the product but can seem to get the accessory part that is required delivered. The heater came in 3 days the accessory part is now 10 days in and still no delivery. Tried multiple times to get an update on the delivery but you can only speak to automation no live person or phone number. There is no way of speaking with anybody from the company so there is no way of getting an update as to when the part is arriving. They use a very low quality delivery service and there's no way to get in contact with them either.
Very frustrating can't read the product because I have not been able to use it it's been sitting at our house since the 24th of November waiting for the accessory part.

My unit worked for all of 2 hours; the first hour and 3/4 was fine, 2nd run lasted 15 mins, then puked. I've spent 2 weeks and send 3 videos, countless messages back, and Vevor keeps going in circles without actually doing anything. Unit was less than 1 week old.
Extremely disappointed with the aftercare I have received from Vevor.
Will probably cut my loss and get a unit somewhere else; and stear anyone away from this brand.

Marty Stopped working in just a few hours. Do not recommend buying from vevor.
Heater ran for a few hours and stopped. Code E06 fan failure. Been going back and forth with costumer service and they won't replace it. Would not recommend buying from vevor.
