It only worked for three hours and then stopped working

Heater only worked 2 weeks and then quit. It was nice while it worked but 2 weeks is unacceptable

Order this heater, it came in without the plug power supply cord and 12v car or battery adapter cord. When asking vevor about it they said nothing they can do. Asked them to let me return it and they aren't responding to those requests!

The heater didn’t come with power inverter and so I bought one. Hooked it up with inverter it turns on for 5 seconds and shuts down. We also tried 3 different batteries and still did the same thing. This unit is 90.00$ of useless junk.

This heater ran 2 days and the fan motor locked up. Vevor offered to send a new fan motor, then rescinded that and offered $25 credit for a heater that doesn't even work. Give me a break, waste of $ Bought a different brand on Amazon and it puts out 3x the heat this one did and has lasted a week running non stop at Max output! Save your money and buy something else! Vevor doesn't back their products!

I ordered this thing couple weeks ago. I’ve got it installed. It’s not what I ordered. This does not have Bluetooth like my other ones I’ve gotten from you. It has one to six on the settings. My other ones have 1 to 10 on my other settings and I can operate them with my phone and they also turn on and off as needed. This one does not I’m not really happy because I did order a Bluetooth one and this one is not what I ordered.

Ordered it a month ago and it never arrived. Contacted support twice with no help. Shipping information has had it listed in my city since January 13th but nothing more.

First one I ordered works great, but wasn’t enough to heat my unisulated garage so I ordered another. Second one is nothing but issues throwing different codes every time. They claim problem free returns but returning is a problem. I admit customer service is above par and fast to reply. Rather than a problem free return they are sending me a complete generator set..I’m handy and don’t see a problem changing it out, but the expect the buyer to fix a brand new unit. What if a person doesn’t have the tools or capabilities. This is not a problem free return. I buy a lot from vevor. But this got me rethinking my future purchases.

Really a piece of junk. Ill end up buying another bc I already have exhaust ran and they are cheap. But they are cheap bc they are cheap. Maybe ill have better luck next time

Don’t buy it will leak fast and i can’t start a return i think it won’t start i don’t know if it’s just defective but for me its not worth it to
