Vevor 8k bluetooth deisel air heater. Junk. Ran 5 minutes when it first arrived. Went to turn it in again later when it got cold and nothing. Fuel pump won't run. No voltage from the controller. Custimer service chat is a run around to frustrate you into just giving up.

Never received the unit. Vevor's "shipping company" if that is what you want to call it, delivered it with photos to an address that wasnt mine. Vevor gave me the run around, told me I had to contact their shipping company, which I did. Nothing but more run arounds. I finally challanged the charges on my card.

Bought this and used it about 6 times. It runs for about an hour then shuts off. I’ve had 3 different error codes come up. This thing is junk

Vevor is the worst company ever for customer service. No agent will talk to live. Talking with an AI Robot is No Way to provide customer service. My package went back and forth between 5 sorting stations for a week before it was delivered ……. all my information was correct. Again even to ask questions about a product or now to get any sort of after purchase of accessories etc is going to be a night mare Never again Vevor productts.. there are many other companies

Quit working after less than a yr and because of the way they contact you sucks and they wont call. That would make things too easy for their customers.

I ordered on November 26 Shipping with UPS Received on December 09 13 days to deliver it to Ontario GTA area

We have tried multiple times to contact the company as have had very poor responses. No contact number to call, only by email. Our unit did not come with the parts mentioned and has been a complete mess trying to get parts needed.

Plz spend the money and buy a real heater. Mine worked great right untill the week the warranty ran out. They replaced the part and it still does not work. The instructions are like they are written by a handicapped 3yo. Do yoursf a favor, if you need reliable heat spend the 1000$ for a proper heater
